November 18,2022 Our school internship program phase-1 started on 9th November 2022.My school for teaching practice is Govt V & HSS Parassala. First day I took class for 9 A5 students for 4th hour and 8 A5 students for 6th hour. The topic I handled for 9 A5 students was similar triangles and for 8 A5 was Construction of quadrilaterals.In 9 A5 the class was done through concept attainment model and the students were very actively participated in the class and they had a good knowledge about the topic.As it was my first day and first class, I was very nervous.But I was able to manage the class to my best.The students were not much flexible with the communicating language-English.But they co operated well. I was satisfied with my classes in the first week. Almost all students were active in class and they felt quite interesting with new models of teaching.After each class I was able to understand my strength and weakness.
